Our Hours and Standard Order Processing Period
We operate 5 days per week with the occasional ninja coming in on a Saturday which means that we are actively shipping packages out Monday-Friday and sometimes a few on Saturday before the postal service closes up shop for the weekend.
During our regularly scheduled five days a week, if you place an order, it should be shipped out the next business day which means holidays and weekends are not guaranteed shipment days but your package will go out the day after any holiday or on a Monday after the weekend passes.
Email Notifications For Shipments
Once we receive your order we email you a receipt and order confirmation, from there we will email you a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped out that will include your tracking number and we will let you know once again, via the age-old email once your order has been sent out for delivery and delivered.
If there is an irregular occurrence that delays the shipment of your package, we will do our best to let you know, either with a phone call or by email and will get your package shipped out as quickly as we can.
We offer free standard shipping for all packages being shipped to a US address.
We can ship to almost any country, however, we do not offer free shipping for international orders and you are required to pay any duties, taxes, or import fees that your country might charge when the package is delivered to you. This applies to items purchased from us as well as repair services. Some countries charge import taxes even if you only had your item repaired and they would charge the import tax on the value of the item rather than the repair that was completed.
Once your package has been shipped it should arrive within 3-5 business days if you are within the US and have selected the standard free shipping.
If you are outside of the US and have selected the standard shipping rate, your package should arrive within 1-2 weeks after you receive the shipping confirmation email from us.

On a rare occasion, the postal service delays a package which can take anywhere from 1 day to two weeks from our experience. If your package seems to not be moving, it is likely due to a delay which we, unfortunately, do not have control over these delays and it would be best to contact the postal service. If the package is delayed more than 7 days and you are within the U.S., we can file a claim for you to locate the package and hopefully have it delivered to you quickly.
If you are outside of the U.S., we cannot file a claim on international packages once they have been delivered to your countries postal service so you would need to contact your local postal authority.
It is very rare that a package is lost in transit and we do our best to use services that will not lose your package. Because it is a rare occurrence and we feel responsible we definitely want to do anything that we can to remedy the situation, however, we are not liable for packages that are lost in the mail and would recommend that you purchase insurance on the shipment if you are concerned about the package being lost.
